Essa einai el heharim, meayin yavo ezri - ezri me'im Adonai oseh shamayim va'aretz.
Al yiten lamot raglecha, al yanum shomrecha
Hineh lo yanum v'lo yishan shomer yisrael.
Adonai shomrecha, Adonai tzilecha, al yad yeminecha.
Yomam hashemesh lo yakeka, vayareich baleilah
Adonai yishmarcha mikol ra, yishmor et nafshecha.
Adonai yishmor tzietcha uvoecha meiata vead olam.

שִׁיר לַמַּעֲלוֹת:
אֶשָּׂא עֵינַי, אֶל-הֶהָרִים-- מֵאַיִן, יָבֹא עֶזְרִי.
עֶזְרִי, מֵעִם יְהוָה-- עֹשֵׂה, שָׁמַיִם וָאָרֶץ.
אַל-יִתֵּן לַמּוֹט רַגְלֶךָ; אַל-יָנוּם, שֹׁמְרֶךָ.

יוֹמָם הַשֶּׁמֶשׁ לֹא-יַכֶּכָּה; וְיָרֵחַ בַּלָּיְלָה.
יְהוָה יִשְׁמָרְךָ מִכָּל-רָע: יִשְׁמֹר, אֶת-נַפְשֶׁךָ.
יְהוָה, יִשְׁמָר-צֵאתְךָ וּבוֹאֶךָ-- מֵעַתָּה, וְעַד-עוֹלָם.

Translation:

A Song of Ascents. I will lift up mine eyes unto the mountains​: from where shall my help come?
My help comes from God, who made heaven and earth.
He will not suffer thy foot to be moved; He that keeps you will not slumber.
Behol​d, He that keeps Israel neither slumbers nor sleeps.
God is your keeper; God is your shade upon your right hand.
The sun shall not smite you by day, nor the moon by night.
God will keep you from all evil; He will keep your soul.
God will guard your going out and your coming in, from this time forth and for ever.
